摘要 文章从分子结构的观点阐述了切削液基础油的烷烃分子对金属等固体表面产生物理吸附的作用机理。分析了油性剂有效地减轻固体表面间的摩擦和磨损的机理。对应用较广的有机金属极压添加剂中的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌ZDDP的作用机理进行了探讨和研究。对高效无毒的硼酸盐极压添加剂的作用机理进行了分析和探讨。 The paper cutting fluid is expounded from the point of view of molecular structure of base oil of alkane molecules on the solid sur- face such as metals physical adsorption mechanism. Analyzed the oily agent effectively reduce the friction between the solid surface and wear mechanism. Wide application of organic metal dialkyl disulfide generation of extreme pressure additive zinc phosphate ZDDP mecha- nism is discussed and the research. For efficient non-toxic boric acid salt of extreme pressure additives mechanism are analyzed and dis- cussed.
