摘要
基于某型飞机助力器电磁阀(YDF-16)的测试需求进行了试验系统的设计。试验系统由液压系统,控制测量子系统,软件部分组成。可以进行飞机助力器电磁阀密封性、工作性能参数测量,满足航修厂对飞机助力器电磁阀的测试需求,在应用中取得良好效果。
Based on the test requirement of booster solenoid valve （YDF-16） for a certain fighter, the test-system of YDF-16 is designed. The test-system consists of a pneumatic unit, a control measure unit and a software unit. It can be used to perform the performance parame- ter test of the YDF- 16.The test-system is fulfilled the needs of fighter repair factories and worked in good condition.
