玻璃综合热物性测试仪研发

Development of Thermo-physical Parameters Testing Instrument of Glass

摘要 研制了一种可同时准确测玻璃导热系数、热扩散率的新型仪器。原理上,根据热线在圆柱坐标系下的传热微分数学模型,直接利用数值解法结合计算机编程,不用查表可实现玻璃导热系数及热扩散率的同时测算。硬件结构上,将温度测点改为试样厚度方向布置,热线两侧用试样包夹,在缝隙中填充试样粉末,降低了实验操作难度。采用极细T型热偶丝+PLC可编程控制器采集温度数据,结合有效测试时间智能判别算法保证了参数测算精度。对市面上若干种浮法玻璃进行热物性测试实验,结果与单项热物性测试仪结果误差小于5%,且可重复精度好于3%,为玻璃热物性参数的高效准确测定提供了新的方法。 A new type instrument that can test thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of glass was developed. In theory, based on the heat transfer differential mathematical model in cylindrical coordinate system, direct use numerical algorithms and combined with computer programming, the thermo-physical parameters could be gained, no longer need look up table. About 'hardware structural, the position of temperature testing points are changed to the thickness direction of specimen, the hot wire is contained by specimens, and the narrow gap is filled with powder of specimen, through which the operation difficult is decreased. The temperature data was collected with thermocouple and PLC, combined with effective time discriminant algorithm, the testing and calculating accuracy of thermo-physical parameters was guaranteed. In the end, collected several type float glass, then testing their thermophysical parameters with the development instrument, the results showed that the relative error was less than 5% .and the repeatable accuracy was better than 3%.
