摘要
以核桃楸树皮为试材,采用正交实验的方法对核桃楸树皮进行提取,并用HPLC技术对其化学成分进行检测,应用标准曲线法计算胡桃醌的含量。结果表明:从核桃楸树皮中提取胡桃醌的最佳工艺料液比1∶12g/mL,乙醇浓度95%,回流提取2次,每次回流50min。
Taking tree bark of Juglandis rnandshuricae Cortex as the test material and the {actors about lhe extraction by set up L0 (3^4) orthogonal test was optimized. The content of juglone was calculated by HPLC technique combined with the method called standard curve. The results showed that optimum extraction conditions of juglone from Jug/andis mandshuricae Cortex was solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 12 g/mL, the ethanol concentration of 95 %, extracted two times, each time the reflux of 50 min.
