摘要
高校毕业生就业状况监测是一项复杂的系统工程,直接关系到高校、政府、社会、家长等多方面能否掌握高校毕业生就业状况并作出科学决策。本文在分析大学生就业状况监测体系存在问题的基础上,论述了大学生就业状况监测网络体系结构、优势和特点,并详细阐述了大学生就业状况监测网络体系构建的途径,提高大学生就业状况监测的科学性、准确性与实效性。
College graduate employment monitoring is a complicated and systematic project, which directly relate to whether the college, government, society, parents and so on can grasp the graduate employment status and make up rational decisions. Base on analysis of the current graduate employment monitoring situation, this paper discusses the construction, advantages and characteristics of college graduate employment monitoring system and describes the way to construct the monitoring system to achieve the whole monitoring and the dynamic real-time monitoring in graduate employment, and the way to improve the scientific accuracy and effectiveness of monitoring.
