乳与乳制品中甜蜜素检测方法的研究

摘要 使用毛细管色谱柱-气相色谱仪检测乳与乳制品中甜蜜素质量浓度。将样品称取后用亚铁氰化钾和乙酸锌沉淀蛋白,提取上清液加入硫酸和亚硝酸钠冰浴衍生,用正己烷提取后,用气相色谱仪氢火焰离子化检测器检测。该方法检测甜蜜素回收率范围在82.37%~109.15%之间,相对标准偏差在2.43%~5.02%之间,最低检出限为0.004 g/kg。该方法检测结果准确可靠、重复性好,可进行乳与乳制品中甜蜜素质量浓度的检测。 The paper established a method to detect cyclamate in milk and dairy products using capillary column- gas chromatograph. Aqueous solution of potassium ferrocyanide and zinc acetate was added to samples to precipitate protein, and the supernatant solution was added aqueous solution of sulfuric acid and aqueous sodium nitrite solution in ice bath, finally the target substance was extracted with n-hexane and detected by gas chromatography. The recoveries of the method was between 82.37% ~ 109.15%, relative standard deviations between 2.43%~ 5.02%. The minimum detection limit was 0.004 g/kg. The test results of this method are accurate and reliable, and can be used to detect cyclamate content in milk and dairy products.
