摘要 综述了数值模拟在吹塑薄膜成型方面的发展状况,从等温模型、非等温纯黏性模型、非等温黏弹性模型三方面介绍了薄膜材料参数的数值模拟,从风环设计及气泡不稳定性两方面介绍了吹膜外部空气流场和工艺参数数值模拟,并指出了现在吹膜数值模拟的发展方向为耦合数值模拟、材料参数和外部空气流场耦合、计算和软件模拟耦合。 The development of the numerical simulation of blown film molding was reviewed. The simulation of film material parameters was described in three aspects, including the isothermal model, purely viscous non-isothermal model and viscoelastic non-isothermal model. The simulation of blown film air flow field was introduced in two aspects, including the design of air ring and bubble instability. And the development trend of blown film was pointed out, such as simulation-coupled numerical simulation, coupled the material parameters and air flow field, computation and software.
