静脉输液纠纷原因及预防

To Explore the Reason and Prevention Measures of the Dispute During Venous Transfusion

目的：分析静脉输液纠纷的产生原因，做好预防措施。方法回顾性分析我院在2012年9月～2014年9月在静脉输液过程中发生的纠纷情况，并且给出合理的预防对策。结果在静脉输液过程中发生纠纷的情况有很多种，主要原因是医生和护理人员的专业水平不够强、工作责任心不够、和患者缺乏有效的沟通、管理方面存在缺陷等。结论在进行静脉注射过程中，只有将患者放在首要的地位，加强医生的法律意识和责任意识，加强和患者的沟通交流，保持高度的责任心等，才能够更好地为患者提供优质的服务，减少静脉注射产生的医疗纠纷，提高患者的就医满意度。

Objective To explore the reason and prevention measures of the disputes during venous transfusion.MethodsTo find reasonable prevention strategy, the data of disputes in our hospital occurred in September 2012~September 2014 during venous transfusion were analyzed with a retrospective method. ResultsThe reasons of disputes during venous transfusion were different. While the main reasons were the low level of expertise of the doctors and nurses,not enough job responsibility,non-effective communication with patients,and existing flaw in management.ConclusionTo provide good service for the patients,reduce the disputes and increase the patient＆#39;s medical treatment satisfaction,we have to place the patients in the primary position,strengthen the doctor＆#39;s legal and responsibility consciousness,improve the communication with patients,maintained a strong sense of responsibility,during venous transfusion.
