中医治疗骨创伤后期肢体肿胀的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Post-bone Traumatic Limb Swelling

目的：分析中医治疗骨创伤后期肢体肿胀的临床效果。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年8月我院接收的骨创伤后期肢体肿胀87例患者，按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与实验组。对照组43例常规治疗，实验组44例中医治疗。观察对照组与实验组的治疗效果，并比较。结果与对照组相比，实验组肿胀消失时间较短，治疗有效率较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中医治疗骨创伤后期肢体肿胀的临床效果较显著，可迅速消除肿胀。

Objective The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of post-bone traumatic limb sweling is to be investigated.Methods Choose 87 cases of post-bone traumatic limb sweling patients who are treated in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into control group and study group according to different treatment methods. 43 patients in control group are given conventional treatment,while,44 patients in study group are given traditional chinese medicine treatment. And then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of the two groups after treatment.ResultsCompared to control group,the patients’ limb sweling symptom in study group disappeared faster than control group and the treatment efficiency in study group is much higher than control group; there is a treatment differential between the two groups,such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional chinese medicine treatment is quite clinicaly effective to treat patients with post-bone traumatic limb sweling and it is conducive to the elimination of limb sweling symptom,therefore,it is suggested to be attached importance.
