摘要
目的：对养血清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛的临床疗效进行观察研究。方法选取我院于2013年3月～2014年9月，在我院门诊接受治疗的120例偏头痛患者，并随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组60例患者采取全天麻胶囊治疗，治疗组60例患者采用养血清脑颗粒治疗，观察两组的治疗效果和不良反应。结果对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析比较，对照组和治疗组的治疗有效率分别为83.3%和96.7%，差异显著，治疗组的治疗效果要显著优于对照组的治疗效果，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在治疗偏头痛疾病时，采用养血清脑颗粒治疗的效果比较显著。
Objective The clinical efficacy of Yangxueqingnao particles in treatment of migraine is to be investigated.Methods Choose 120 migraine patients who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into study group and control group. 60 patients in control group are given gastrodia medicine treatment,while,60 patients in study group are given yangxueqingnao medicine treatment,and then observe and compare the treatment efficacy and side effects of the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency in control group and study group are 83.3% and 96.7% respectively,there is a treatment differential between the two groups,the treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than control group and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yangxueqingnao particles are effective to cure migraine,therefore,it is rather worthwhile to be clinicaly promoted and applied in treatment of migraine.
