摘要
目的：探讨帕金森病立体定向手术治疗方法效果。方法选取2010年1月～2014年6月收治的帕金森病立体定向手术治疗患者30例临床资料进行分析。结果本组收治的30例帕金森病患者，经治疗显效18例，改善10例，无效2例，总有效率93.33%。结论目前常用的手术方法为颅内核团毁损治疗。脑深部慢性电刺激术，基因治疗和神经组织移植临床应用较少。
ObjectiveThe stereotactic surgery treatment method and its efficacy in treatment of Parkinson are to be investigated.MethodsAnalyze the clinical treatment data selected from parkinson patients who are given stereotactic surgery treatment in hospital from January 2010 to June 2014.ResultsOf al 30 cases,there are 18 cases of efficiency,10 cases of improvement,and the other 2 cases of ineffectiveness; the efficiency rate is up to 93.33% in total.ConclusionSo far,the most widely-used surgical method has been intracranial lesion of nucleus treatment,while,the chronic deep-brain stimulation treatment,gene therapy and neural tissue transplantation treatment are rarely used in clinical treatment.
