早期乳腺癌保乳手术的临床探析

The Clinical Investigation on Conserving Surgery Treatment of Early Stage Breast Cancer

目的：探析早期乳腺癌保乳手术的临床疗效。方法选取2013年9月～2014年9月间我院收治的早期乳腺癌患者81例，分为两组。对照组选择改良根治术治疗，观察组选择保乳手术治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果两组术后远处转移、局部复发、5年生存率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），但观察组术中出血、手术时间、住院时间、切口长度、并发症相对较少，两组上述指标差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌并发症少、创伤小、痛苦少、恢复快，安全可靠，术后乳房有良好的美容效果。

Objective The clinical efficacy of conserving surgery treatment of early stage breast cancer is to be analyzed.Methods Choose 81 breast cancer patients who are treated in hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into study group and control group. Patients in control group are given modified radical mastectomy treatment. While,patients in control group are given conserving surgery treatment; and then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of the two groups.ResultsThere is no difference between two groups in terms of distant metastasis,local recurrence,and 5 years survival rate（P〉0.05）. but,the hemorrhage symptom,surgery and hospitalization time expense,incision length,complication incidence in study group are less to be seen,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Conserving surgery treatment is safe and reliable in treatment of early stage breast cancer,it boasts the advantages of few complications,smal surgical wound,less pain,quick recovery,and in addition, the breast gets some favorable cosmetic results after surgery,therefore, conserving surgery is rather worthwhile to be clinicaly promoted and applied in treatment of early stage breast cancer.
