摘要
目的研究肺癌治疗中应用电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺叶切除术的价值。方法将44例肺癌患者分为治疗组和对照组,均为22例,对比临床治疗效果。结果对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、清扫淋巴结数目、术后引流时间、住院时间和出现并发症发生率展开对比分析,有一定差异性,P<0.05。结论在治疗肺癌疾病上,电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺叶切除术临床效果较为理想。
Objective To explore the effect of smal incision lobectomy application of video-assisted thoracoscopic （VATS） in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods 44 cases of lung cancer patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 22 cases in each group. We compared the clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups.ResultsThe operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,number of lymph node,the drainage time, hospitalization time and incidence of complications between the two groups were different with statistical significance,P〈0.05.ConclusionThe effect of smal incision lobectomy application of VATS in the treatment of lung cancer is good.
