腹腔镜手术治疗肝脓肿的临床效果观察

The Efficacy Research of Laparoscopic Surgery in Treatment of Liver Abscess

目的：对腹腔镜手术治疗肝脓肿的临床效果进行分析总结。方法选取于2013年12月～2014年9月期间在我院接受治疗的32例肝脓肿患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组各16例患者，对照组患者采用腹腔镜切开置管引流术，治疗组患者采用腹腔镜穿刺置管引流术，对比两组患者的手术时间、拔管时间、患者的住院时间以及术后并发症情况。结果治疗组患者的平均手术时间、拔管时间、患者的住院时间以术后并发症情况与对照组进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗肝脓肿的临床效果显著，采用腹腔镜穿刺置管引流术能够大大缩短手术时间、拔管时间以及患者住院时间，明显降低术后并发症发生率，因此可以成为治疗肝脓肿的首先方法。

Objective Clinical treatment efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of liver abscess is to be analyzed and summarized.Methods Choose 32 liver abscess patients who are treated in hospital from December 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into control group and study group according to random number tablet with 16 patients in each group. Patients in control group are given laparoscopic catheter drainage incision treatment,while patients in study group are given laparoscopic puncture catheter drainage treatment,and then make a comparison between these two groups with regarding to patients’ operation time,extubation time,hospitalization time and post-surgical complication incidence.Results There is a differential between these two groups with regarding to patients’ operation time,extubation time,hospitalization time and post-surgical complication incidence,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is quite efficient in treatment of liver abscess; laparoscopic puncture catheter drainage treatment is conducive to shortening patients’ surgery time,extubation time and hospitalization time; and in addition,it is conducive to decreasing complication incidence,therefore,laparoscopic puncture catheter drainage is of priority to be applied in treatment of liver abscess.
