保乳术与改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的对比分析

Comparative Study on Breast-conserving Surgery and Modified Radical Mastectomy in Treatment of Breast Cancer

目的：进一步探究保乳术与改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床应用效果。方法收集了2013年1月～2014年1月我院收治的50例乳腺癌患者临床资料进行详细研究，25例对照组患者接受改良根治术治疗，25例观察组患者接受保乳术治疗。结果观察组患者平均手术时间（75.3±10.4）min、平均术中出血量（45.5±7.5）ml、术后引流量（402.5±50.0）ml、平均住院时间（13.2±1.8）d显著低于对照组水平， P〈0.05，具有差异统计学意义。观察组患者复发率、远处转移率低于对照组，P〈0.05，具有差异统计学意义。观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组，P〈0.05，具有差异统计学意义。结论与改良根治术相比，保乳术治疗乳腺癌临床效果显著。

Objective Clinical treatment effects of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in treatment of breast cancer are to be comparatively analyzed. Methods Review and analyze treatment data selected from 50 patients with breast cancer who were treated in hospital from January 2013 to January 2014; 25 patients in control group were given modified radical mastectomy,while 25 patients in study group were given breast-conserving surgery treatment.Results Patients’average surgery time（75.3±10.4）min and average operation bleeding loss（45.5±7.5）ml,post-surgical drainage amount（402.5±50.0）ml and average hospitalization days（13.2±1.8）d in study group were much less than counterparts in control group; there was a differential between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Besides,patients’ ilness reoccurrence rate and distant metastasis rate in study group were less than that in control group; and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. And patients’ satisfaction rate in study group was higher than that in control group,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared to modified radical mastectomy,breast-conserving surgery treatment is much more effective in treatment of breast cancer; it is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinicaly.
