胃溃疡患者的手术治疗体会

The Surgical Treatment Experience of Patients With Gastric Ulcer

目的：探讨胃溃疡患者采用手术治疗的效果分析。方法选取2013年6月～2014年9月我院接诊的92例胃溃疡患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，实验组和对照组，实验组采用手术治疗，对照组采用药物保守治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组患者并发症的发生率和复发率明显低于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胃溃疡患者采用手术治疗，能提高治疗效果，降低并发症的发生率，减少胃溃疡复发。

Objective The surgical treatment efficacy of patients with gastric ulcer is to be investigated. Methods Choose 92 patients with gastric ulcer who are treated in hospital from June 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to their hospitalization sequence. Patients in study group are given surgical treatment,while patients in control group are given conventional medical treatment. And then observe the treatment efficacy of two groups.ResultsThe treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than control group,there is a treatment differential between the two groups,such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Besides,the complication incidence and ilness reoccurrence in study group are lower than control group,and such a treatment differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The surgical treatment is rather conducive to improving treatment efficacy and reducing complication incidence and decreasing gastric ulcer reoccurrence.
