子宫内膜异位症患者的临床治疗体会

The Clinical Treatment Experience of Patients With Endometriosis

目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症患者的临床治疗体会。方法选取2013年9月～2014年10月我院接诊的59例子宫内膜异位症患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，实验组和对照组，实验组采用手术治疗，对照组采用药物治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组患者治疗后的复发率明显低于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论子宫内膜异位症采用手术治疗的效果显著，能根据患者的病情选择手术的方式，有效提高治愈率，降低并发症的发生率。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical treatment experience of patients with endometriosis.Methods59 endometriosis patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2013 to October 2014 were selected in this study. They were divided into study group and control group according to their hospitalization sequence. Patients in study group were given surgical treatment,while patients in control group were given medical treatment. Then we observed and compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The treatment effect in study group was better than that of control group with statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）. Besides, the patients’ reoccurrence rate in study group was much lower than that of control group with statistical significant difference too （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The surgical treatment for the patients with endometriosis has good effect. We can choose proper surgery treatment based on the patients’ situations,which is conducive to increasing treatment efficacy and reducing complication incidence. Thus,such a treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
