联合放化疗治疗乳腺癌对患者内脏损伤分析

Analysis of the Combined Radiation and Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer in Patients With Visceral Injury

目的：探讨联合放化疗治疗乳腺癌对患者的内脏损伤。方法随机选取2011年1月～2014年6月在我院进行过乳腺癌手术治疗的乳腺癌患者62例，分为实验组和对照组，其中每组患者各占总患者的二分之一。给与对照组患者表阿霉素化疗，观察组在对照组的基础上结合放射治疗，监测两组患者治疗前后动态心电图，并采取统计学方法统计监测结果。结果观察组心脏毒性相对对照组患者明显要严重，观察组心电图异常的发生率为32.2%（10例），而对照组的仅为9.7%（3例），两组的差异明显。结论联合放化疗治疗乳腺癌对患者的内脏有较大损伤，临床治疗中应该定期复查乳腺癌患者的心电图，尽量减少对患者的身体伤害。

ObjectiveTo explore the combined radiation and chemotherapy for breast cancer in patients with visceral injury.MethodsRandomly selected from January 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital after breast cancer surgery treatment of 62 cases of breast cancer patients,divided into experimental group and control group,each group of patients with each half of the total patients. Give the control table doxorubicin chemotherapy patients,observation group in the control group on the basis of combined with radiotherapy,monitoring dynamic electrocardiogram （ecg） before and after treatment in both groups, and adopt statistical methods of statistical monitoring results.Results Observation group relative to the control group significantly in patients with serious cardiac toxicity,observation group,the incidence of abnormal ecg was 32.2% （10 cases）,and the control group was only 9.7%（3 cases）,two groups of difference is obvious. Conclusion Combined radiation and chemotherapy for breast cancer on the patient＆#39;s internal organs have larger damage,should be check regularly in clinical treatment of breast cancer patients electrocardiogram（ecg）,as far as possible to reduce damage to the body of a patient.
