院后回访对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者出院后用药依从性的影响

The Effect on Follow up After Hospital to Medication Compliance of Discharged Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary

目的观察对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者出院后进行用药依从性回访的影响。方法选取我院治疗后出院的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为本次的观察对象,对这100例患者进行分组研究观察其出院后服药依从性情况分析,就院后回访对患者服药依从性的影响进行研究。结果患者出院后一个月后进行院后回访,发现两组患者的服药依从性存在差异,具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论对于出院慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采取院后回访是必不可少,通过回访可有效改善患者治疗情况,提高依从性,减少了患者出院后不能按时按量服药所造成的并发症,提高临床治疗质量,在该临床工作中具有重要价值。

Objective To observe the effect on folow up after hospital to medication compliance of discharged patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary were selected after our hospital discharge as the observation object,they were divided into the study group and the contol group,medication compliance were analyzed,which studied on the hospital visit after the impact on patient compliance.Results The patients left hospital after a month folow up that there were great differences in medication compliance of the patients. The two groups had statistical significance,P〈0.05.Conclusion It is essential for discharged patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease to folow up after hospital,through the folow up can effectively improve the patients of treatment,improve compliance,reduce the patients after discharge can not be on time according to the amount of medication caused by complications, improve the quality of clinical treatment, which has important value in the clinical work.
