人性化护理在直肠癌手术中的应用研究

The Applied Research on Humane Care in Attendance of Colorectal Cancer Surgery

目的：研究直肠癌手术中应用人性化护理的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年7月～2014年7月收治的直肠癌手术患者39例，观察组采取人性化护理，对照组采取常规护理，比较两组患者的自我护理能力与满意度。结果观察组患者的自我护理能力评分（141.53±12.67）分与对照组（85.46±11.29分）比较明显较高，满意度（95.00%）相较于对照组（78.95%）较高，两组患者护理效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论直肠癌手术中应用人性化护理能够增强患者自我护理能力与满意度，行之有效。

Objective The clinical efficacy of humane care in treatment of patients operated with colorectal cancer surgery is to be investigated.Methods Choose 39 patients operated with colorectal cancer surgery who were treated in hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 and separated them into study group and control group; patients in study group were given humane care; while patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and then compare their self-caring ability and rate of satisfaction with attendance of two groups.Results With regarding to self-caring ability,patients’score in study group（141.53±12.67）were much higher than that in control group（85.46±11.29）; besides,patients’ rate of satisfaction with attendance in study group（95.00%）was much higher than that in control group（78.95%）as wel; there were significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humane care is helpful for patients operated with colorectal cancer surgery to improve their self-caring ability and satisfaction; thus, such an effective attendance approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
