摘要
目的探究小儿哮喘患者采用健康教育的具体措施和效果。方法选取2013年5月~2014年9月收治的33例小儿哮喘患者进行护理,随机分组,对照组15倒患青选择常规护理,实验组18例患者在常规护理同时给予健康教育护理,观察效果.结果实验组患者得到944.44%的护理有效率,对照组患者得到80.0%的护理有效率.两组患者的护理效果差异较为显著,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论小儿哮喘患者在常规护理的同时给予健康教育,可提高治疗效果,可改善咳嗽和呼气流速较慢的症状,能够早日康复.
Objective Health education care approach and its effect to children patients with asthma are to be investigated. Methods Choose 33 children patients with asthma who are treated in hospital from May 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; 15 patients in control group are given conventional treatment, while 18 patients in study group are given health education care in addition to conventional treatment, and then observe and compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group is 94.44%, while treatment efficacy in control group is 80.0%; there is a differential between two groups and such a result has statistic value ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion Treat asthma children patients with health education care in addition to conventional treatment is effective to increase treatment efficacy and alleviate patients' symptoms of cough and slow expiratory, flow, which are conducive to patients' recovery, thus, such a treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
