护理干预对初产妇分娩质量的影响分析

The Analysis and Influence of Nursing Intervention on Maternity Quality of Primipara

目的探究护理干预对初产妇分娩质量所产生的影响方法选取2013年5月-2014年8月收治的109例初产妇给予护理，随机分组,实验组01例给予综合护理，对照组48例采取常规护理，观察两组初产妇的护理效果：结果实验组护理的总有效率为95.08％，对照组护理的总有效率为81．25%.两组患者的护理效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05），结论对初产妇给予综合护理，能够起到积极促进的作用．减少新生儿窒息和产后出血的情况，促使自然分娩率的提高.

Objective The influence of nursing intervention on maternity quality of primipara is to be investigated. Methods Choose 109 pnmipara patients who are treated in hospital from May 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into study gmmp and control group at random. 61 patients in study group are given comprehensive nursing, while 48 patients in control group are ~Vell conventional nursing, and then observe and compare the nursing efficacy of primipara patients in two groups. Results The nursing efficiency in study group is up to 95.08%, and the nursing efficiency in control group is up to 81.25%, there is a nursing differential between the two groups, and such a differential has statistic value （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Treating primipara patient with comprehensive nursing is conducive to reducing symptoms of new-born baby suffocating and postpartum hemorrhage and improving natural birth rate.
