健康教育在慢性胃炎护理中的应用分析

The Application Analysis of Nursing Health Education on Chronic Gastritis

目的：探究慢性胃炎患者采用健康教育护理的措施和效果。方法选取2013年8月～2014年9月收治的39例慢性胃炎患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组22例患者给予健康教育护理，对照组17例患者选择常规的护理措施。结果实验组患者护理有效率为90.91%，对照组患者护理有效率为76.47%。两组患者的护理效果差异较为显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论慢性胃炎患者采取健康教育护理，能够提高患者对相关知识的掌握度以及自我护理的能力，纠正不良的饮食习惯，加强治疗效果。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect of nursing health education on chronic gastritis.Methods Divide the 39 cases patients into control group（17 cases）and experimental group（22 cases）. Al the patients were chosen from August 2013 to September 2014. The patients in the experimental group adopted the health nursing education,and the control group adopted the conventional nursing.ResultsThe effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%,while the effective rate of the control group was 76.47%. It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference between the two groups and the statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion To adopt the health education nursing on chronic gastritis patients can improve knowledge and the ability of self-care in order to strengthen the treatment effect. It wil also correct the poor eating habits. It is worth to recommend.
