呼吸衰竭的护理分析

The Nursing Analysis of Patients with Respiratory Failure

目的探讨呼吸衰竭的临床护理方法。方法选取2013年1月～2014年10月收治的呼吸衰竭患者30倒临床护理方法资料进行分析结果经临床治疗及BiPAP呼吸机治疗后顺利出院28例，2例病情恶化，其中1例改用气管内插管接多功能呼吸机．1例死亡结论加强临床护理工作提高患者的治疗效果，提高患者的舒适度，降低并发症．

Objective The clinical nursing methods of patients with respiratory failure are to be investigated. Methods Analyze the clinical nursing data selected 30 patients with respiratory failure who are treated in hospital from January 2013 to October 2014. Results With the treatment of clinical nursing as well as the BiPAP respiratory ventilator, 28 patients are cured and discharged from hospital, but the other 2 patients have their illness degenerated; and for these two patients, one of them makes use of endotracheal intubation inserted into multi-functional ventilator but another one are dead unfortunately. Conclusion To cure patients with respiratory failure, it is suggested to strengthen clinical nnrsing work in order to improve treatment efficacy and patients＇ comfort, in addition, to decrease the complications incidence.
