摘要
目的：探讨皮质醇增多症的临床护理。方法选取临床2012年6月～2014年6月收治的皮质醇增多症患者24例临床护理方法分析如下。结果经临床药物治疗及临床护理效果满意，症状改善，病情稳定，无进一步恶化。结论治疗以病因治疗为主。护理以生活指导为主，采取有效的防护措施，预防感染，对症护理。
Objective To study the clinical nursing of disease in hypercortisolism.Methods To analysis the 24 cases of patients in hypercortisolism which were selected from June 2012 to June 2014.Results By the drug treatment and clinical nursing,the effect was satisfied,the symptoms improved in a stable condition,no further worse. Conclusion The treatment was need to adopt the etiological treatment. Nursing was need to adopt the life nursing,take effective protective measures to prevent the infection, symptomatic nursing.
