胰腺炎手术患者的舒适护理体会

The Comfortable Nursing Experience of Patients Operated With Pancreatitis Surgery

目的：观察胰腺炎手术患者的舒适护理方法和效果。方法搜集2013年6月～2014年6月我院接收的胰腺炎手术68例患者，按照不同护理方法分为对照组与研究组。给予对照组34例常规护理，给予研究组34例舒适护理。观察对照组与研究组的护理效果，并比较。结果与对照组相比，研究组疼痛评分较低，护理满意度较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胰腺炎手术患者的舒适护理效果显著，可减少疼痛，提高患者满意度。

Objective The comfortable nursing methods and its efficacy on patients operated with pancreatitis surgery are to be observed.MethodsChoose 68 patients who are operated with pancreatitis surgery in hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 and separate them into control group and study group according to their different treatment methods. 34 patients in control group are given conventional treatment,while 34 patients in study group are given comfort nursing. And then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of the two groups.Results Compared to control group, the patients in study group scored less in terms of ilness pain but are more satisfactory with attendance,there is a treatment differential between the two groups,such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comfortable nursing is rather effective to cure patients operated with pancreatitis surgery and it is conducive to reducing the ilness pain and improving patients’ satisfaction with the treatment,thus,the comfort nursing is worthy to be promoted and applied.
