功能性消化不良患者的整体护理体会

The Comprehensive Nursing Experience of Patients With Functional Indigestion

目的：探究功能性消化不良患者采用整体护理的措施和效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年8月收治的92例功能性消化不良的患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组49例患者选择整体护理，对照组43例患者选择常规护理，观察患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理的总有效率为93.88%，对照组患者护理的总有效率为83.72%。两组患者的护理效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论功能性消化不良患者选择整体护理，可减轻身体不适，提高生活质量。

Objective The comprehensive nursing method and its efficacy in treatment of patients with functional indigestion are to be investigated.Methods Choose 92 functional indigestion patients who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into study group and control group at random. 49 patients in study group are given comprehensive nursing,while,43 patients in control group are given conventional nursing,and then observe and compare the nursing efficacy as wel as side effects of the two groups.ResultsThe nursing efficiency in study group is 93.88%,and in control group it is 83.72%,there is a nursing differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients of functional indigestion are suggested to be treated with the comprehensive nursing,which is conducive to relieving patients’ ilness symptoms and improving their quality of life.
