快速康复外科在腹腔镜胆道围手术期护理中的应用

Application of Fast Track Surgery in Laparoscopic Biliary Peri Operation Period Nursing

目的：探讨快速康复外科在腹腔镜胆道围手术期护理中的应用。方法将我院2013年7月～2014年4月胆道外科收治的182例患者纳入本研究，按照护理方式的不同将182例患者分为快速康复组（n=91）与常规对照组（n=91），对于对照组，采用常规护理。对于观察组，采用快速康复方法护理。结果快速康复组无论是在住院费用、住院时间，还是在首次排便时间上，均优于对照组，上述数据组间比较差异显著（P〈0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论对于腹腔镜胆道患者，在围手术期应用快速康复外科理念开展护理工作能够有效减少住院时间、住院费用，促进患者的早日康复。

Objective To investigate the Application of fast track surgery in laparoscopic biliary peri operation period nursing.Methods 182 patients in our hospital from 2013 July to 2014 April were biliary tract surgery were included in the study,according to the different way of nursing of 182 patients were divided into the rapid rehabilitation group（n=91）and normal control group（n=91）,for the control group,routine nursing. For the observation group,using rapid methods of rehabilitation nursing.ResultsThe rapid rehabilitation group both in the cost of hospitalization,hospitalization time, or at the time of first defecation,were better than the control group,the data comparison between groups differ significantly（P〈0.05）,the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion For patients with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration,in the peri operation period of application of fast track surgery to carry out the concept of nursing can effectively reduce the hospitalization expenses,hospitalization time,promote the early recovery of the patient,the philosophy of nursing is worth widely and used in clinical nursing work.
