纵隔肿瘤患者应用胸腔镜手术治疗后不留置胸管的护理

The Nursing After Applying Thoracoscope Surgery No-chest Tube With Mediastinal Tumor Patients

目的探讨胸腔镜治疗纵膈肿瘤手术后不留置胸管的护理要点。方法对23例纵隔肿瘤患者进行胸腔镜下手术治疗,术后不留置胸管,给予生命体征观察、营养支持等对症护理。结果 23例纵膈肿瘤患者均得到良好治疗,患者恢复期短,创伤小,无1例死亡病例。结论胸腔镜手术治疗纵膈肿瘤,对患者的创伤小,配合术前预防性护理,术中精确止血,术后不留置胸管能明显减轻术后疼痛,达到更加微创,使患者取得较好的预后效果。

Objective To explore the nursing points of operation of video-assisted thoracoscopic treatment of mediastinal tumor after indwelling chest tube. Methods The treatment of thoracoscopic operation for 23 cases of mediastinal tumor patients, postoperative have not indwelling chest tube, given the obserwation of vital signs, nutritional support and other symptomatic nursing. Results 23 cases of patients with mediastinal tumors were good treatment, patients with little trauma, short recovery period, 1 death cases. Conclusion Thoracoscopic operation for treatment of patients with mediastinal minor, trauma, combined with preoperative prophylactic nursing, intraoperative exact hemostatic, postoperative indwelling chest robe can not significantly reduce postoperative pain, achieve more minimally invasive, so that patients get better prognosis.
