护理干预在糖尿病肾病护理中的应用评价

The Evaluation and Application of Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Nephropathy

目的：评价分析护理干预在糖尿病肾病护理中的应用价值。方法按照数字表法将2012年1月～2014年6月我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者106例分成对照组和观察组组各53例，对照组应用常规护理措施，观察组应用护理干预措施，比较两组患者的护理满意度以及血糖、尿素氮、肌酐等指标的变化。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组，两组比较具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）；观察组患者治疗后血糖、尿素氮、肌酐等指标均优于对照组，两组比较具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论在糖尿病肾病患者的护理中应用针对性的护理干预措施能够提高护理的质量和效率，显著的提高护理的满意度，有利于促进患者各项指标的恢复，有助于患者生活质量的提高。

Objective To evaluate and anlysis the application value of nursing intervention on diabetic nephropathy.Methods106 cases patients with diabetic nephropathy from January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group has 53 cases,the patients of control group applied conventional nursing measures,the patients of observation group applied nursing intervention measures. To compared the rate of nursing satisfaction and the index of FBG,BUN,Scr after treatment.ResultsThe rate of nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The index of FBG,BUN,Scr on observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of nursing intervention on diabetic nephropathy could improve the quality and efficiency of nursing,could improve nursing satisfaction Significantly. It was beneficial to enhance the recovery of indexes,patients the indicators. It was help to improve patient quality of life.
