摘要
目的：探究原发性肝胆管结石外科手术治疗的护理效果。方法对我院自2010年6月～2014年6月肝胆外科收治的120例肝胆结石患者手术治疗护理情况进行回顾分析。结果120例患者中有86例获得随访，随访率为71.7%，效果良好者占80.2%。结论做好原发性肝胆管结石外科手术治疗的护理工作，有助于肝胆管结石外科手术治疗的恢复。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of primary intrahepatic biliary calculi surgical operation treatment.MethodsRetrospectively analysis 120 cases of patients with hepatobiliary surgery and nursing in our hospital from 2010 June to 2014 June.Results In 120 cases,86 cases were folowed up,the folow-up rate was 71.7%,the effect is good for 80.2%. Conclusion Nursing of primary intrahepatic biliary calculi surgery,contribute to the recovery of surgical treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones.
