手术室护理中的安全隐患分析及措施研究

Security Risk Analysis and Its Measures Investigation on Surgery Nursing in Operation Room

目的：探究手术室护理中存在的安全隐患，并分析应采取的应对措施。方法选取2013年1月～2014年4月在我院手术的手术患者进行研究，分析其中的安全隐患问题，针对其提出相应的应对措施。结果通过分析研究，在操作中避免接送患者出现失误、规范语言、检查手术物品、采取无菌的操作原则，避免或者减少安全隐患问题的出现。结论及时发现手术室护理中存在的安全隐患，并给予预防和干预措施，能够提高护理治疗，减少隐患，促使护理质量的提高。

Objective The existing security risks of surgery nursing in operation room is to be discussed and analyze countermeasures.Methods Choose several patients operated with surgery in hospital from January 2013 to April 2014 to study and analyze existing security risks in order to put forward relevant measures to deal with those security risks.Results According to the study and analysis,it is required to prevent from operation mistakes in patients’ transferring,standardize language-speaking,take an inspection on operation instruments and take operating principle of sterile to avoid or decrease security risks.Conclusion Finding out existing security risks timely and taking precaution and intervention measures to deal with it are conducive to increasing treatment efficacy, reducing security risks and improving treatment quality.
