硝酸咪康唑栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究霉菌性阴道炎患者采用达克宁栓(硝酸咪康唑栓)治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年4月~2014年6月收治的108例霉菌性阴道炎患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组59例患者采用达克宁栓的治疗,对照组49例患者选择克霉唑栓的治疗,观察两组患者身体症状的变化。结果实验组治疗总有效率为96.61%,对照组治疗总有效率为81.63%。两组患者的治疗效果差异较大,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论霉菌性阴道炎患者采用达克宁栓的治疗,作用快、病程短,副作用较小,且复发率较低,效果显著。 Objective Miconazolesuppositories(miconazolenitrate suppository)treatment and its efficiency in fugal vaginitis are to be investigated.Methods Choose 108 patients with fungal vaginitis who are treated in hospital from April 2013 to June 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random. 59 patients in study group are given miconazole suppositories treatment and 49 patients in control group are given clotrimazole suppositories treatment. And then observe the patients’ health condition of two groups.ResultsThe treatment efficiency in study group is up to 96.61% and treatment efficiency in control group is up to 81.63%,there is a treatment differential between the two groups,such a differential has statistic value(P〈0.05). Conclusion Miconazole suppositories treatment is quite effective to cure fugal vaginitis with less treatment time and side-effects and less complications reoccurrence, which is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
