摘要
目的分析妊娠糖尿痛应用二甲双胍治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月～2014牟8月间我院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者81例，分为两组。对照组应用胰岛素注射治疗，观察组同时应用二甲双胍口服治疗，对比两组血糖控制效果与妊娠结局。结果两组血糖控制效果无显著差异（P〉0．05），但观察组妊娠期间并发症发生率（6．81％）与对照组（35．13％）比较相对较低，妊娠结局良好，两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），结论妊娠糖尿病应用二甲双胍治疗能够改善妊娠结局，控制血糖，安全可靠.
Objective The clinical efficacy ofMelbine （DMBG） in treatment of gestational diabetes is to be discussed. Methods Choose 81 gestational diabetes patients who are treated in hospital from February 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups. Patients in control group are given insulin injection treatment, while patients m study group are given Melbine （ DMBG ） treatment, and then observe and compare the blood-sugar control effect and pregnancy outcomes of these two groups. Results There is no ditgerential between the two groups with regarding to blood-sugar control effect （ P〉0.05 ）, however, the gestational complication incidence of patients in study group （ 6.81% ） is much less than control group （ 35.13% ）, the patients in study group achieve much more favorable pregnancy outcomes, and such a differential has statistic value （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Melbine （ DMBG ） is of efficiency in treatment of gestational diabetes and it is conducive to contrulling blood-sugar with safety; thus, such a treatment approach is quite worthwhile to he promoted and applied.
