纳洛酮在脑出血治疗中的应用探析

The Application Investigation on Naloxone in Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的：对纳洛酮在脑出血治疗中的治疗效果进行探究。方法选取我院于2013年3月～2014年6月，在我院接受治疗的110例脑出血患者，按照住院单双号随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组患者采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用纳洛酮进行治疗，密切监测患者的临床症状变化以及不良发应发生情况。结果经过为期3周的治疗，对治疗效果进行比较，对照组和治疗组治疗总有效率分别为89.1%和96.4%，不良反应发生率分别为18.2%和7.3%，两组结果对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论纳洛酮在脑出血治疗中有着显著的疗效，能够明显改善神经功能。

Objective The Naloxone efficacy in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage is to be investigated.Methods Choose 110 cerebral hemorrhage patients who are treated in hospital from March 2012 to June 2014 and separate them into control group and study group according to patients’ hospitalization date number （odd number and even number）. Patients in control group are given conventional treatment,while patients in study group are given naloxone treatment in addition to conventional treatment. And then make a careful observation on patients’ clinical symptom changes as wel as side-effect incidence.Results The comparison result shows that treatment efficiency in control group and study group are 89.1% and 96.4% respectively,and side-effect incidence of two groups are 18.2% and 7.3% after three weeks’ treatment,there is a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Naloxone is of efficiency in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,it is conducive to improving nerve function with high application value.
