快速心律失常应用美托洛尔与胺碘酮联合治疗的临床分析

Clinical Evaluation of Metoprolol Combined With Amiodarone in the Treatment of Rapid Arrhythmia

目的：分析快速心律失常应用美托洛尔与胺碘酮联合治疗的效果和安全性。方法随机的将2011年9月～2014年9月我院收治的快速心律失常患者114例分成对照组和试验组各57例，对照组应用胺碘酮治疗，试验组应用美托洛尔与胺碘酮联合治疗，比较两组治疗的总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；试验组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论快速心律失常应用美托洛尔与胺碘酮联合治疗具有临床效果显著、有效性高，不增加发生不良反应机率的优势，优于单独应用胺碘酮的治疗效果，具有广泛的临床应用前景。

Objective To evaluate the clinic effect and security of metoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia.Methods 114 cases＆amp;nbsp;patients with rapid arrhythmia from September 2011 to September 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group has 57 cases,The patients of control group applied amiodarone for treatment , the patients of experimental group applied metoprolol combined with amiodarone for treatment .To compared the total effective rate and the rate of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）; The rate of adverse reactions of experimental group compared with that of control group,the difference was not significiant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Application of metoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia had advantage of remarkable clinical effect,high effectiveness and no increase in adverse reactions,the effect was better than that of using amiodarone alone. Which with wide prospect of clinical application.
