曲美他嗪在缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中的应用分析

The Analysis of Trimetazidine Application in Treatment of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Complicated With Heart Failure

目的：探讨曲美他嗪在缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中的应用分析。方法选取2013年8月～2014年11月我院接诊的32例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，实验组和对照组，实验组采用曲美他嗪，对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率、左室射血分数（LEVF）、心排血量（CO）明显高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组患者的舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、室收缩末期内径（LVESD）及不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论曲美他嗪在缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中效果显著，有效提高心脏超声指标，降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective The trimetazidine application in treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure is to be investigated.Methods Choose 32 patients of ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure who are treated in hospital from August 2013 to November 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to hospitalization sequence; patients in study group are given trimetazidine treatment,while patients in control group are given atorvastatin calcium treatment; and then observe and compare attendance efficacy of the two groups.Results The treatment efficacy,LEVF score,cardiac output （CO）in study group are much higher than those in control group; there is a differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P＆lt;0.05）. besides,patients’ LVEDD and LVESD probabilities as wel as side-effect incidence in study group are much lower than these in control group; there is a differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine application is of efficiency in treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure; it is quite effective to improve cardiac ultrasound index and reducing side-effect incidence.
