氨溴索不同给药途径治疗支气管肺炎的对比分析

The Comparative Analysis of Different Application Approaches of Ambroxol Medicine in Treatment of Bronchial Pneumonia

目的：探讨氨溴索不同给药途径治疗支气管肺炎的对比分析。方法选取2013年7月～2014年10月我院接诊的71例支气管肺炎的患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，实验组和对照组，实验组采用氨溴索雾化吸入给药途径，对照组采用氨溴索静脉滴注给药途径，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组患者的症状消失时间、住院天数以及不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论支气管肺炎采用雾化吸入氨溴索的给药途径治疗效果显著，能有效改善临床症状，缩短住院时间，降低不良反应的发生率。

ObjectiveThe comparative analysis of different application approaches of Ambroxol medicine in treatment of bronchial pneumonia are to be investigated.Methods Choose 71 patients of bronchial pneumonia who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to October 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to their hospitalization sequence. Patients in study group are given Ambroxol inhalation treatment; while patients in control group are given ambroxol intravenous injection treatment. And then observe and compare treatment efficacy of two groups.Results The treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than counterparts in control group,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. And in addition,the symptom-relieving time,hospitalization days and side-effect incidence of patients in study group are quite lower than control group, and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol inhalation treatment is quite effective to cure bronchial pneumonia,and it is conducive to improving clinical symptoms,reducing hospitalization days and decreasing side-effect incidence,thus,such a treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be clinicaly promoted and applied.
