伊曲康唑与氟康唑治疗念珠菌性阴道炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Sporanox and fluconazole in Treatment of Candidal Vaginitis

目的：伊曲康唑与氟康唑治疗念珠菌性阴道炎临床疗效观察。方法本文选取我院于2013年1月～2014年10月收治的50例念珠菌性阴道炎患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用氟康唑实施治疗过程，治疗组采用伊曲康唑与氟康唑联合治疗方式，对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为96.00%，对照组患者的总有效率为76.00%，两组结果对比存在显著性差异（P〈0.05），具有统计学意义。但是两组患者尿检、血常规检测结果都正常。结论采用伊曲康唑与氟康唑联合实施治疗对于念珠菌性阴道炎患者有很好的临床效果，能够提高抗菌效果，降低不良症状发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sporanox and fluconazole in treatment of candidal vaginitis.MethodsChoose 50 cases of candidal vaginitis patients in our courtyard from 2013 January to 2014 October were analyzed,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group using fluconazole,treatment group adopted the implementation of treatment process,Sporanox and fluconazole combination therapy,the incidence of clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results The patients in the treatment group the total efficiency is 96%,patients in the control group the total efficiency is 76%,compared two groups of results there are significant difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）. But the detection results of blood routine urine test,two patients had normal. ConclusionUsing the joint implementation of sporanox and fluconazole therapy has good clinical effects for candidal vaginitis patients,can improve the antibacterial effect,reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms.
