摘要
古老的河东是山西几千年文化发展的主脉,也是华夏文明的直根。在河东文明史上,盐池是最古老的物质文化遗产之一,对古代财政举足轻重。如今,它不仅是河东文明的文化符号之一,也是一张极具代表性的城市名片。在河东盐文化开发过程中,有三个原则必须把握:第一,要摆正政府和市场的位置,第二,尊重"文化资源价值化、文化价值资本化、文化项目生态化"的原则,第三,不急功近利、贪大求上,为发展留下空间。
The east of Huanghe River is the origin of Shanxi and even Chinese culture.In this area,salt lakes are one of the most ancient cultural heritage.Salt-related culture is not only a cultural symbol but also a representative city brand.Its development should observe three principles:aproper relationship should be established between government and market;equal stress should be laid on exploiting and protection;the development should be sustainable.
