利伐沙班抗凝治疗中的缺血性卒中重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂静脉溶栓一例 被引量：1

摘要 利伐沙班是一种新型直接Xa因子抑制剂，通过阻断凝血酶产生而抑制血栓形成。主要不良反应为出血，其他包括消化道症状、谷氨酰转肽酶升高及转氨酶升高等。该药不需监测国际标准化比值（INR），已越来越多地被用于抗凝治疗。
