The paper analyzes the characteristics and reasons of forest rights dispute of southern and central controver- sy for its disposal, the main practices and experiences are summarized in this paper. It holds that central south region can fully understand the importance of forest rights dispute processing work, arduous and long-term and complexi- ty. Focus on strengthening the construction of relevant systems, team mechanism, timely solve a lot of forest fights dispute, achievements in their work. Pointed out that the current outstanding difficulties and problems, and the legal system lags behind, the mediation team is weak, the mediation onerous, mediation in diflficult, a group of contradic- tions highlight. Based on this, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
