北京市林业碳汇交易项目开发实践

Forestry Carbon Trading Project Development Practice in Beijing

当前全国碳排放权交易试点工作已在北京等七7个省市全面展开,林业碳汇作为重要的补充抵消机制均被纳入了试点体系当中。其中,北京在全国率先开展了林业碳汇交易抵排项目的开发,并已在交易所成功挂牌。文章介绍了试点项目开发的进展与经验,分析了项目开发所应注意的问题,提出了对策建议,旨在为我国其他省市林业碳汇交易项目的开发提供经验借鉴。

At present, the national carbon emission trading pilot work has been carried out in 7 provinces and cities including Beijing, and as an important supplement to the carbon offset mechanism, forestry carbon has been inte- grated into the pilot system. Particularly, Beijing has developed the first forestry carbon trading project for emission offsets in China which has already been listed at the Beijing Environment Exchange. This paper introduces the de- velopment progress and experience of the pilot project, and analyzes the difficulties faced. The paper also provides several suggestions on forestry carbon trading project development, which in order to provide experience reference for the development of forestry carbon trading for other provinces and cities in China.
