东方文化的城市社区关系型治理模式与机制研究

Research on Model and Mechanisms of China's Urban Community Relational Governance Based on Oriental Culture

受东方文化的影响,我国城市社区治理具有关系型治理的特点,研究构建东方文化的城市社区关系型治理模式与机制意义重大。运用文献查询法归纳出关系型治理的时代内涵及其文化特征,提炼出东方文化下城市社区关系型治理的特点,通过深度访谈、专家咨询和归纳法等方法,提出构建城市社区关系型治理的共生模式、机制和相关对策,化解城市社区管理矛盾和冲突,提升管理效率和效果,为提升城市社区管理水平提供有益启示。

Because of the influence of oriental culture,China＇s urban community governance has the characteristic of relational governance. It is significant to research on the building of the model and mechanisms of China＇s urban community relational governance. The thesis sums up the time connotation and cultural features of the relational governance and extracts characteristics of urban community relational governance under the oriental culture by analyzing literatures. In addition,the thesis puts forward the mutualistic model and mechanisms of urban community relational governance and its relevant countermeasures by interview,expert consultation,induction and so on. The thesis aims at reconciling conflicts in urban community management,promoting the efficiency and effectiveness of the management,and providing useful enlightenment for enhancing the level of urban community governance.
