我国高校发展中的关键问题是定位模糊,教育不能传授实用技能,高校教师的培养和教师的知识结构存在问题。因此,需要科学地进行高校转型的顶层设计,包括对高校进行科学的分类,引入竞争机制对教学内容进行改革,改变教师的选拔和培养模式,用市场的方法和创新手段提升转型的效果。

The key issue for the development of universities and colleges in China is ambiguous orientation, which includes the higher education without proper and practical skills, the lack of the fully-formed cultivation for the college teachers, as well as the existing problems in the knowledge structure among the college teachers. Therefo- re, it is necessary for the universities to make a top-level program for a scientific transition, which involves in classi- fying universities scientifically, introducing the competition system, reforming the English examinations, and at the same time, changing the mode of promotion and cultivation for college teachers, and adopting market approaches and creative methods in order to improve the effect of the transition.
