摘要
中国普通本科院校转型的实质是创业型转型,转型后的新院校应具有创业型大学之创新创业核心的独特精神气质和制度性品格。实践教育哲学是院校转型的理论基础,它认同马克思主义知行合一的实践认识论,遵循教劳结合的基本原则,倡导教学做合一的知识教育方式,强调在协同创新的教育实践中育人。院校转型试图通过调整院校结构、力主职业型转型、强化问题中心的学术研究、实践育人等几个方面,促进中国高等教育现代化,使其成为中国社会变革和发展的智能中心,以创新和繁荣中华文明。
The essence of the transformation of Chinese colleges and universities is entrepreneurial transition. In addition to the unique temperament of entrepreneurship, new colleges still has its universal system character which marked the university identity. Practical educational philosophy is the theoretical basis of the transformation of local colleges, and it is identified with the marxist epistemology of knowledge-action unity, following the basic principle of combing teaching with labor, adopting the teaching mode of uniting teaching and learning with working, emphasizing on cultivation through the collaborative innovation. The transformation of local colleges attempts to adjust the structure of colleges and universities. It tries to argue for professional transformation, and strengthen academic research cantered by question and cultivation through practice. By doing these, it seeks to promote the modernization of Chinese higher education, and make Chinese higher education to be the intelligence center of Chinese social development and changes, so as to achieve innovation and prosperity of Chinese civilization.
