Reflection on the City Compulsory Education Resource Capacity under the New Urbanization

新型城镇化的推进为义务教育发展与改革带来了机遇与挑战,面对大量流动人口的教育需求,城市需要综合统筹提升教育资源承载力予以应对。教育资源作为一种有限的社会资源,对其承载力的研究有十分重要的现实意义。新型城镇化对义务教育资源具有重要影响,结合教育资源与承载力的研究提出了义务教育资源承载力的概念,并尝试建立城市义务教育资源承载力指标模型,对城市义务教育资源可持续性承载提出合理化建议。

New urbanization development and promotion of compulsory education reform has brought opportunities and challenges facing the educational needs of a large number of floating population, the city needs to enhance the carrying capacity of resources to co-ordinate a comprehensive education to counter it. Educational resources as a limited social resources, the reality is very important bearing capacity of its research. This paper explores the impact of the new urbanization of compulsory education resources, based on the study in conjunction with the carrying capacity of the educational resources, the concept of compulsory carrying capacity of resources and try to build the city of compulsory education resources carrying capacity indicators model for urban duty educational resource sustainability carrying proposed rationalization proposals.
