摘要
当代教育管理以过程为取向,是一种全新的教育管理过程观,体现出一些新的过程性质与特征。这种过程是一种开放生成过程、有机互动过程和合作共享过程。它表征着当代教育管理过程的创新性和创造性、动态性和人性化,形成教育管理的无限生机与活力,促进教育管理各方的共同成长与发展。这种新的过程观体现了对教育和教育管理本质的新认识,是对教育管理过程与结果、教育管理过程与目标之间关系的新理解,是对如何实现教育管理价值与目标的一种新思路和新设计。
Contemporary educational management, process-oriented, is a new process concept of educational management, reflects a new process nature and characteristics. This process is an open-generation process, organic interaction process, cooperating and co-sharing process. It is characterized by the innovativeness and creativity, dynamics and humanization, which form the infinite vigor and vitality of educational management and promote mutual growth and development of educational management parties. This new process concept reflects the new understanding to the nature of education and educational management. It' s a new understanding of the relationship between educa- tional management process and result, educational management process and goal, which is a new idea and new design how to fulfill the value and goal of the educational management.
