摘要
我国的教育改革与发展离不开智库的支持,其中不乏外国专家的支持与援助,而目前我国政府与教育实践界对外国专家的教育知识仍未充分利用。引入知识动员的框架能构建合理的知识产品供需关系,审视目前我国外国专家教育知识生产及利用的现状,为未来充分"动员"外国专家的中国教育知识服务中国教育决策与实践提供参考意见,也为世界了解中国教育提供新的窗口。
Education reform and development of China is inseparable from the support of think tanks, many of the support and assistance are from foreign experts. Current practice of our government and education sector shown education knowledge of foreign experts has not yet to make full use of. The introduction of the framework of knowledge mobilization can build reasonable rationale in analyzing the supply and demand of the knowledge product. This study examine the current status of educational knowledge production and utilization of foreign experts, and provide a reference for future full "mobilization" of China education knowledge of foreign experts. Also, a better understanding of Chinese education is provide for the world from the new window of foreign experts.
