摘要 本文借鉴技术创新方法 TRIZ,开发管理创新技法,探讨如何在已有的或假设已构建的管理冲突矩阵表中筛选并填入原理解的方法,以构建管理冲突解决矩阵;基于问题驱动的创新思维,采用文献研究法和统计分析相结合的实证方法,通过对案例分析数据进行聚类分析,确定了74对冲突对和对应的原理解,填入管理冲突矩阵表的74个对应单元格中,形成初步的管理冲突解决矩阵的成果,其与TRIZ矩阵具有一致使用方法。研究所形成的筛选原理解的过程为管理冲突解决矩阵的深入持续研究提供了方法基础。 Learning from innovative method TRIZ and developing management innovation techniques,this paper explores how to screen principles into the Management Contradiction Matrix,which is existing or is assumed to be existing,for constructing Management Contradiction Solving Matrix,which has an important significance. Based on Problem-Driven thinking,using empirical methods combining literature research and statistical analysis,through cluster analysis of cases study data,this paper identifies 74 pairs of conflict and the corresponding principles,filled into 74 corresponding cells of Management Contradiction Matrix,then forms the initial results of Management Contradiction Solving Matrix,which has consistent usage with TRIZ matrix. The process of screen principles forming in the study provides a method basis for in-depth and ongoing research of Management Contradiction Solving Matrix.
